From childhood, my body often felt like a battlefield, facing leukemia early on. Later, it was pertussis, then ITP, and the constant recurrence of skin cancer that I still contend with today. Then, a truly terrifying chapter unfolded. What I dismissed as simple fatigue twisted into violent seizures, a shattered body, and the unthinkable discovery of a massive brain tumor. This wasn't just another physical assault; it felt like my very identity was under siege, my mind caught in a constant, grinding battle that changed everything.

The journey plunged into the absurd. Surgeries, complications, relentless pain. The unseen battles were fiercer: PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder – all magnified by years of medical trauma. The question echoed in my soul, as it does for countless others who fight endless cycles of illness or endure the constant ripple effects of treatment: How do I truly heal?

This is "THE CONSTANT STRUGGLE." It's the silent war within, the exhaustion of the body, the fracturing of the mind. It’s the raw, desperate plea in every sleepless night, every exhausting day: How do we find peace when our lives feel like a perpetual battlefield?
